2023 Highlights

In December over 200 attendees sparkled as we celebrated GLOWLAND at the iconic PAA building lit up for the holidays. Guests enjoyed a fiery night of entertainment, dancing, themed cocktails, and bites from Oakland’s finest food purveyors.

There was something for everyone at the 2023 festival! At Winter Play Day Schenley Plaza was full of free family friendly activities including balloon art, live ice sculpting, and a glow in the dark puppet show. Nearly one dozen local vendors provided arts & crafts stations, kids danced to live music, and the night culminated with an music-led interactive Glow Parade!

A custom drone light show, produced by Sky Elements and set to an electrifying soundtrack, illuminated the night sky and captivated hundreds of onlookers. The Drone Show & Music Fest featured live music, stilt walkers, and festive beverages in the Glow Lounge.
